Refund Policy

At Lumina Pro Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional design, installation, and service that aligns with the high standards our customers expect. Because each project is tailored to the specific preferences, property details, and design selections of the client, all services are considered custom and labor-based. We take great care to ensure that all work is completed professionally and in full accordance with the terms outlined in each client’s service contract. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will always make a sincere effort to address concerns, perform reasonable adjustments, and ensure the final result reflects the agreed-upon scope of work.

Once work has begun on any installation, all payments are considered final. Refunds, partial refunds, or financial compensation of any kind will only be considered under circumstances clearly identified in the service contract and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. By entering into a service agreement with Lumina Pro Services, clients acknowledge that any disputes or claims must follow the procedures described in the contract. Clients also agree that our company cannot be held liable when reasonable care, proper workmanship, and compliance with the contract terms have been demonstrated. Requests for refunds will be denied when the services have been performed as contracted, when dissatisfaction is due to changes in personal preference after installation, or when external factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, power issues, or property changes—affect the display.

If a client believes that the completed service does not reflect the terms of the agreement, they must contact Lumina Pro Services promptly so we can review the matter and make appropriate corrections when applicable. We value transparency, fairness, and clear communication, and we encourage clients to bring concerns forward quickly so we can resolve them as efficiently as possible.
